NOW LETS GO TO THE MAIN TOPIC* Every body is a leader irrespective of age, sex and race, so any were you find your self they are still people bellow you or under you, so financially you will see people bellow you be it acedemically or even in you family. So rullers or leaders are unique people whp has possess the true quality of a leaders. NOW WHO ARE THE RULLERS? So many would say "Goodluck Ebele and some goverors are the ruller.
